- Community Sentencing is governed by a council of elected county officials and citizens.
- Elected county officials on the Community Sentencing Council are County Commissioners, County Sheriff,
District Attorney and a District Judge.
- Meetings of the Community Sentencing Council are held monthly.
- All new offenders entering Community Sentencing must reside within Oklahoma County while under supervision.
- Because Community Sentencing is not a member of the Interstate Compact Aggreement, transfers to another state
are not possible.
