Oklahoma County Conditional Bond Release Program

The Oklahoma County Conditional Bond Release Program is a program that serves offenders during the pre-trial process. The Conditional Bond Release Program works in conjunction with the Oklahoma County Court System, the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office, and the Oklahoma County Public Defender's office.

Specifically, there are three types of offenders that participate in the program: 1.) Volunteer Clients, 2.) Volunteer Clients who have entered an agreement with the District Attorney and 3.) O.R. and Bond Reduction Clients.

Once a defendant is placed into the program, he/she will be assessed at one of the supervision levels.

  1. Basic Supervision: This level of supervision includes up to two check-ins per month with a case manager, one drug test per month, and referrals to community resources, such as substance abuse treatment, as needed. Defendants under basic supervision are charged $20 for each office visit (once every two weeks).
  2. Standard Supervision: This level of supervision includes up to four check-ins per month with a case manager, two random drug tests per month, and referrals to community resources as needed. Defendants will be charged a weekly fee of $20.00 for standard supervision.
  3. Intensive Supervision: This level of supervision includes up to eight check-ins per month with a case manager, four random drug tests per month, and referrals to community resources as needed. Defendants will be charged a weekly fee of $25.00 for intensive supervision.
  4. Court Ordered GPS electronic monitoring: this level of intensive supervision includes up to eight check-ins per month with a case manager, up to four random drug tests per month, and referrals to community resources as needed. Defendants will be charged a minimum weekly fee of $31.50 for intensive supervision.

The Oklahoma County Conditional Bond Release Program is an offender-funded program. Defendants are responsible for payment of fees incurred as a participant of the program. Payment plans of fees can be arranged upon assessment of the defendant's financial status. Additionally, drug testing is available for non-clients for $20.
