Steppin' Out - Structured Job Search

The Steppin' Out - Structured Job Search program is designed to provide intensive, self-directed job search assistance for Job-ready TANF/WtW recipients who need help with job seeking skills.  The program includes: interviewing skills, resume writing, and job referrals.

Bridge Builders -

This program is designed to use the services of public and private entities to target those hardest-to-employ recipients of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF); qualifying non-custodial parents, and youth age 18-24 who have been in foster care in Oklahoma County.

The Bridge Builders Program will provide activities designed to assist eligible participants with:  Sober living residential programs and facilities; transportation to and from eligible activities; enrollment in and compliance with treatment and aftercare programs; community support of relapse prevention; and WorkFirst and related employment services, pre-vocational training, vocational training, and post-employment services.
