GED Preparation: Adult Education instructor led classes to prepare the customer for the GED Test. Computerized and non-computerized instruction methods are used. Introduction to Computers: Designed for the beginner, this is a one day workshop to teach the basics of using a computer. Software Classes: Introduction to Word 2000/Intermediate Word 2000, Introduction to Excel 2000/Intermediate Excel 2000 and a Beginning Internet Course. All classes are free one-day structured Computer Classes. Main Event: A fast paced, interactive program which provides valuable information for the job seeker in today's market. Life Skills: A program of motivation, citizenship and basic workplace skills for training and job preparation. Non-Traditional Occupational Awareness: NOA is designed to provide women with information necessary to the achievement of successful employment in high-wage jobs that have traditionally been male dominated Resume Preparation: Learn how to develop a resume which will effectively present you job objective, qualification, employment and education history to employers and improve your chances of getting a job |
