What If I Have A Felony?
The Extended Special Populations Program provides many services and referrals for adults who are
incarcerated or in pre-release programs and on probation or parole.
We provide referrals and assistance with:
- Employability assessments
- Career Counseling
- Job Development
- Jobs
- Labor Market Information
- Resumes
- Application Completion
- Faxing Resumes and Applications
- Education
- Financial Aid
- GED Counseling and Information
- Outreach Services and Counseling
- Transportation
- Food, shelter, clothing, medical and prescription drug needs
We offer Job Readiness Workshops and participate in job fairs inside and outside correctional facilities.
Our workshops are structured so that we can work with groups as a whole and one-one-one to assist individuals with barriers
and create a job search plan to help them succeed. Some of the tips and workshops discussions are:
