Affordable Housing

The following are affordable rental communities which receive government assistance and abide by the guidelines administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Eligibility requirements vary. Contact the leasing office of each for details.

  • Oklahoma City Housing Authority
    OCHA offers private apartments and efficiencies for independent seniors age 62 and over. Rent is based on monthly income. Mid-day congregate meals provided M-F. Limited transportation and support services available. Call or see website for further details.
