Home Repair Assistance
Various municipal and non-profit agencies provide grants and interest-free loans to allow senior citizens to repair both owner-occupied and rented properties. Some restrictions apply. There may be a waiting list.
- Rebuilding Together
Volunteers provide free home repair for low-income homeowners age 60 and above residing in Oklahoma City. Can also install wheelchair ramps, grab bars, handrails, deadbolts; can replace broken windows; also perform minor plumbing repairs. See website for downloadable application.

Assists low-income elderly homeowners and renters in locating contractors to perform weatherization and minor repairs. Work can include installation of wheelchair ramps, electrical, or plumbing work.
