15.       Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to Memorandum of Agreement by and between the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, and the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office amending the agreement to include the language  integration and customization  in the first sentence of numerical paragraph 2.  The Memorandum of Agreement remains unchanged in all other respects.   Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by John M. 16.       Discussion and possible action for the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to allow the use of County owned property for the purpose of creating and maintaining the Oklahoma County Jail vegetable garden.  The property is located on the north side of S.E. 29th Street, just east of the Eastern Oklahoma County Field Operations Center.  Requested by John Whetsel, Oklahoma County Sheriff.
