3.                  Approve the minutes of the meetings of May 13, 2009 and May 20, 2009.

 

4.         Discussion and Possible action to approve Resolution No. _________ disposing of equipment from the inventory of the Metro Parking.  These items are either broken or obsolete, and are not worth repairing or refurbishing, and with the requested disposal will be junked in accordance with the provisions set forth in Title 19 Section 421.2.             One (1) Black Executive Chair w/Brown Metal Frame, c/n MP102-00012, acquired January 7, 1999, from an unknown vendor, for $275.00.

 

            One (1) Red (Wine) Chair w/ Walnut Arms & Legs, c/n MP102-00013, acquired January 1, 1992, from an unknown vendor, for $125.00.

 

            One (1) Motorola Radius Radio w/Charger & Belt Clip, c/n MP232-00003, acquired April 26, 1991, from Southwest Communications, 4420 SW 33rd Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73119, for $250.00.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking.  (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 00496:  One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Joi McClenclon.

 

Contract No. 00774:  One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Miriam Cruise.

 

6.         Discussion and possible action to receive financial statements of the Public Buildings Authority for the periods ended March 31, 2009 and 2008, as compiled by Landreth & Associates, CPA’s, P.C.  Requested by Bradford Holt, Administrator.  (Document Received)
