Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 23-11: Transfer of appropriations for PBA-Metro Parking Garage 7030-3300 in the amount of $2,000.00 from travel with $1,000.00 going to Salary and $1,000.00 going to Benefits. Transfer is necessary to meet payroll needs for the remainder of fiscal year 2010-11.
5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 24-11: Transfer of Cash and Appropriations from PBA-Reserve 7030-3700 to Capital Improvement Regular 2010-1200 in the amount of $358,064.19. These funds are restricted only for the use of MIS Projects with the provision that after all MIS Projects are completed any leftover funds must be transferred back to the PBA fund.
6. Discussion and possible action for approval of Renewal Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority and Langston University, for lease of space located at 4201 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, consisting of 38,628 square feet, for the sum of $22,533.00 per month. This agreement shall begin on July 1, 2011, and end on June 30, 2012. Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Lease of approximately 31,240 sq. ft. for the sum of $20,514.00 per month commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012.
