4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking.  (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 00106:  One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Teresa Bourn.

Contract No. 00111:  One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Dawn Denney

 

5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreements between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor’s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Documents Received)

 

David Dunlap, Attorney at Law for the lease of approximately 1,194 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 101, for the sum of $995.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.

 

Chad Moody, Attorney at Law for the lease of approximately 736 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 409, for the sum of $613.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.

 

William Betts, Process Server for the lease of approximately 277 sq. ft. on Floor 2, Suite 203, for the sum of $230.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.

 

Andrew E. Hutter, Attorney at Law for the lease of approximately 1,546 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 100, for the sum of $1,288.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.

 

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 807 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 400A, for the sum of $1.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010.

 

6.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Renewal Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and Malcolm Hall Property Company the following space for lease located at 309 N.W. 13th  Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The monthly lease amount is $2,500.00 for a total of $30,000.00.  The lease term is July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.  Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Documents Received)

 

7.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

8.         Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

9.         New business:  In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
