Discussion and possible action for approval of Offer to Sell Real Property wherein the Board of County Commissioners will purchase from Loyd Garrison the following real estate: Lot 7, Block 1, Crutcho Park Sub Addition to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, AKA 2208 Godlin according to the recorded plat thereof together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto for the amount of $65,000.00.
