Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney. (Documents Received)

Gina LeBoeuf dba A-1 Bail Bonding for the lease of approximately 475 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 103A and 103B, for the sum of $395.83 per month, commencing October 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.

5. Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Gisele Perryman, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 128 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 412, for the sum of $106.67 per month, commencing July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.

6. Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Documents Received)

Contract No. 4918 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Jennifer James.

Contract No. 4855 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Whitt West.

Contract No. 4760 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Richard R. Rice.

Contract No. 7778 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Hervey Castelo.

Contract No. 996 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Lorah Willits.

Contract No. 4919 and 4770 Two (2) spaces at $90.00 per space per month for Roger Reneau.

Contract No. 01-A One (1) space at $115.00 per month for A-1 & Able Bail Bond Company.

7. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)

8. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
