4.         Discussion and possible action to instruct Mark Stephens, the Oklahoma County Facilities Management Director of Operations, and Lynn Lerret, Metro Parking Garage Director, to make additional parking spaces available for monthly lease in the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority Metro I and/or Metro II Parking Garages.
