9. Discussion and possible action of Resolution PBA 22-12: Transfer of appropriations from Metro Parking Garage Cost Center 3300 to Investors Capital Building Cost Center 3400 in the amount of $3,700.00 as follows:

From 7030-3300-2012-53000 Travel $3,700.00

To 7030-3400-2012-55000 Capital $3,700.00

Transfer is necessary to align appropriations with the adopted budget by correcting an error in a previous appropriation request. (Document Received)

10. Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

Contract No. 4950 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Robert Bailey.

Contract No. 1114 Two (2) spaces at $90.00 per month for Park Harvey Athletic Club.

11. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)

12. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

13. New business: In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. 311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
