14.              Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of $300,000.00 from the County Clerk UCC Filing Fund (1151), $500,000.00 from the County Clerk Records Preservation Fund (1152), $3,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund (1110), $250,000.00 from the Sheriff Service Fee Fund (1160) and $2,000,000.00 from the Sheriff Special Revenue Fund (1161), for a total of $6,050,000.00 to the General Fund (1001).  The temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021.  This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, County Treasurer.

 

15.              Citizens’ participation.  Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
