For discussion and possible action for request by the Department of Corrections to reduce their rent in the Investors Capital building by 5% for the balance of 2010 fiscal year and 2011 fiscal year. Their current reduced rent is $8 a square foot and the current tenant rate in Investors Capital is $10 a square foot. Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Facilities Management.
