1.                  Call to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was posted Friday, April 9, 2010.

 

3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of Monday, April 5, 2010.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action to review a garage survey for other downtown parking garages and to determine if parking rates will be increased for Fiscal year 2010/2011 for Metro I and Metro II. Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

 

5.      Discussion and possible action to allow O G & E employees to participate in a Wellness Program referred to as a “Boot Camp” on Oklahoma County property located in the motorcycle area of Metro II. The program is comprised of 6 week sessions starting in the middle of April with a 2 week break in between camps. Camp days will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:50 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Each participant in “Boot Camp” will not be able to exercise without an executed copy of waiver on file with the Director of Metro Parking. 6.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

 

            Contract No.    04748 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Jerald Koehn.

 

            Contract No.    01042 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Mason Sommer

 

            Contract No.    04749 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Clay Hubbard

 

            Contract No.    04774 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Emily Hufnagel

 

7.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

8.         Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

9.         New business:  In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
