4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

 

Contract No.    1053 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Sharon Adams.

Contract No.    1054 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Cecelia Puente.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreements between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor’s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Documents Received)

 

Monica Gaddis and Dudley Goolsby, dba All Star Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 870 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 401, for the sum of $725.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Edward Oliver, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 517 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 107, and Floor 2, Suite 207 for the sum of $430.84 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Mena Samara and Anthony Lemos, dba All City Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 829 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 404, for the sum of $690.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Andrew Hutter, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 1546 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 100, for the sum of $1288.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Carol Carlson, dba A-1 Bail Bonding, for the lease of approximately 475 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 103A and Suite 103B, for the sum of $395.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

Philip Spencer, dba Spencer for Hire, for the lease of approximately 131 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 402, for the sum of $109.17 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

8.         Discussion and possible action to receive corrected pages for the Financial Statements of the Public Buildings Authority for the periods ended October 31, 2009, and for the period ended March 31, 2010, as compiled by Landreth & Associates, CPAs, P.C.  These pages reflect a correction in the amounts of lease income by class for the month of October 2009.
