4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

 

            Contract No.    00902 Three (3) spaces at $90.00 per month for Anita Sanders.

 

            Contract No.    00892 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Robert Price.

 

            Contract No.    00914 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Olga G. Turner.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 28-10: Transfer of appropriations for PBA-Investor’s Capital Building 3400 in the amount of $1,094.00 as follows:

 

From 7030-3400-2010-54000                Operation                $1,094.00

To 7030-3400-2010-51000                    Salary                         $844.00

To 7030-3400-2010-52000                    Benefits                      $250.00

                                                                Total                       $1,094.00

 

Transfer is needed because employee was paid for working Christmas Day, for his safety award. This transfer will finish out payroll and benefits for the fiscal year. Requested by Mark Stephens, Facilities Management Director.  (Document Received)

 

6.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 29-10: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Reserve 3700 in the amount of $580,293.69.  To appropriate receipts for April 1, 2010, through May 30, 2010. (Document Received.)

 

7.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the Board of County Commissioners for lease of space at 4201 N Lincoln, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Lease of approximately 31,240 sq. ft. for the sum of $20,514.00 per month commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.  Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by John M. 8.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreements between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor’s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Requested by Mark Stephens, Director of Operations, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Bob Ravitz, Mental Health Court, for the lease of approximately 581 sq. ft. on Floor 5, Suite No. 502, for the sum of $1.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Michael Brogan, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 414 sq. ft. on Floor 2, Suite No. 205, for the sum of $345.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Wilbert Johnson, dba Johnson’s Bail Bonds for the lease of approximately 180 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite No. 100A, for the sum of $150.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Jerry Freeland dba Legal Support Services of Oklahoma, Inc. for the lease of approximately 2342 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite No. 405 and Suite No. 411, for the sum of $1951.67 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 7,871 sq. ft. on Basement Floor, for the sum of $5,380.22 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 701 sq. ft. on Floor 3, Suite No. 307, for the sum of $428.78 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 807 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite No. 400A, for the sum of $1.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 4323 sq. ft. on Floor 5, Suite No. 500, and Suite No. 501 for the sum of $2644.24 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

 

Board of County Commissioners for the lease of approximately 735 sq. ft. on Floor 5, Suite No. 505, for the sum of $449.58 per month, commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011.

10.       Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
