3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority.  Requested by Lynn Lerret, Director, Metro Parking. (Document Received)

 

Contract No.    4106 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Eugene Clinton.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action to receive financial statements of the Public Buildings Authority for the periods ended May 31, 2010 and 2009, as complied by Landreth & Associates, CPA’s. P.C.  Requested by Bradford Holt, Administrator, Board of County Commissioners. (Document Received)

 

6.         Discussion and possible action to renew Accounting Services Agreement with Steve Landreth, CPA, P.L.L.C. (formerly Landreth & Associates, CPA’s, P.C.) for the term beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, for a total cost of $4,560.00.  Requisition No. 11008385 in the amount of $2,500.00 has been issued to Landreth & Associates CPA’s PC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Metro Parking Garage/Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting (7030/3300/54452).  Requisition No.11008496 in the amount of $1,250.04 has been issued to Landreth & Associates CPA’s PC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Lincoln Bldg/Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting (7030/2803/54452). Requisition No. 11008498 in the amount of $1,250.04 has been issued to Landreth & Associates CPA’s PC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Investor’s Capital Building/ Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting (7030/3400/54452), contingent upon encumbrance of funds.  Requested by Bradford Holt, Administrator, Board of County Commissioners, and approved as to form and legality by John Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received.)

 

7.         Discussion and possible action to approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Sheriff’s office, and the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority for the provision of one uniformed Deputy to be assigned to Metro I and II parking garages.  The assigned Deputy will work on-site at Metro I and Metro II parking garages, buildings and grounds, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. of operation.  Reimbursement of salary and benefits for the Deputy’s services will be billed monthly by invoice at the end of each pay period.  This agreement shall be effective July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011. 10.       New business:  In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
