13. Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution No. _________ declaring the abandonment of a section line located on Meridian Avenue between 150th and 164th Streets. Notice was given to adjoining property owners and franchise holders by mail that the Board of County Commissioners will consider this request. This section line has never been opened, the majority of this section line is located within the floodway and a substitute road exists within close proximity (Lone Oak Drive).
