13.       Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution No. _________ declaring the abandonment of a section line located on Meridian Avenue between 150th and 164th Streets. Notice was given to adjoining property owners and franchise holders by mail that the Board of County Commissioners will consider this request. This section line has never been opened, the majority of this section line is located within the floodway and a substitute road exists within close proximity (Lone Oak Drive). Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

 

Environmental Health and Safety

 

14.       Discussion and possible action to approve Employer’s application for permission to carry its own risk without insurance” to the Oklahoma Worker’s Compensation Court and designation OK Service Agent.  The renewal requires the issuance of payment in the amount of $500.00.  Requested by Dan Matthews, Director, Environmental Health and Safety.  (Document Received)
