Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary
transfer of money in the amount of $300,000.00 from the County Clerk UCC Filing
Fund (1151), $500,000.00 from the County Clerk Records Preservation Fund
(1152), $3,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund (1110), $250,000.00 from the
Sheriff Service Fee Fund (1160) and $2,000,000.00 from the Sheriff Special
Revenue Fund (1161), for a total of $6,050,000.00 to the General Fund
(1001). The temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021.
