1) Call meeting to order.
2) Notice of the meeting was properly posted Monday, August 30, 2010.
3) Discussion and possible action regarding the presentation provided by Jim Prince with McAfee and Taft, regarding the new Health Care Reform Laws. This item is requested by Health and Wellness Committee.
4) Discussion and possible action for approval of a resolution to update the Oklahoma County Handbook to add Shared Leave as a category that shall not allow accrual for Annual and Sick leave. This item requested by the Personnel Handbook Committee.
5) Discussion and possible action for approval of a resolution to update the Oklahoma County Handbook to add “regular full-time” as part of the definition of “time worked by a non-exempt employee” for accruing Compensatory Time. This item requested by the Personnel Handbook Committee
