Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of
the special meetings dated Wednesday,
September 24th ; Friday,
September 26th ; Monday,
September 29th; Wednesday,
October 1; Friday,
October 3; and Monday,
October 6th, 2008.

Discussion
and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of
$750,000.00 from the County Clerk’s UCC Fund (1151), $750,000.00 from the
County Clerk’s Records Preservation Fund (1152) and $2,000,000.00 from the
Sheriff’s Special Revenue Fund (1161), for a total of $3,500,000.00 to the
General Fund (1001). The temporary transfer is for cash flow purposes and
is necessary to cover the October 2008 General Fund expenses. The General
Fund shall repay the monies within the fiscal year. This temporary
transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021. This item is requested by

5. Citizens participation. Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
