1.                  Call meeting to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was properly posted Monday, July 27, 2009.

 

3.                  Discussion and possible action on minutes of the regular meeting dated Monday, July 6, 2009.  (Document Received)

 

4.                  Discussion and possible action to approve the Application for Temporary Appropriations for Putnam City School District No. 1 for the fiscal year 2009-10 as follows: (Document Received)

                        General Fund                                          $109,845,000.00

                        Building Fund                                             $7,600,000.00

                        Child Nutrition Fund                                   $7,040,000.00

                        MAPS for Kids                                          $9,000,000.00

                        Total                                                      $133,485,000.00

 

5.                  Discussion and possible action on Operating Budget for Hickory Hills Fire Protection District No. 1 in the amount of $51,336.87 for fiscal year 2009-10.  The Fire Protection District will submit a request for mill levies and final appropriations at a later date. (Document Received)

 

6.                  Discussion and possible action on Cash fund appropriation for City of Harrah, Street and Alley Fund in the amount of $11,131.17. (Document Received)

 

7.                  Discussion and possible action on 3rd Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2008-09 Budget for Francis Tuttle Technology Center VT – 21 in the amount of $ 67,922,328, which includes $45,137,854 for the General Fund, $21,661,812 for the Special Revenue Funds, and $1,122,662 for the Deferred Benefit Fund.  This modifies the original Budget of appropriated funds from the total of $62,178,700.

 

8.                  Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of $3,000,000.00 from the Treasurer’s Resale Fund (1130) to the General Fund (1001).  The temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021.  This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, County Treasurer.

 

9.                  Citizens’ participation.  Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
