the special meeting dated Thursday,

Discussion
and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of:
$3,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund (1110) and $4,000,000.00 from the
Protest Tax Fund (6815), for a total of $7,000,000.00 to the General Fund
(1001). This temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section
3021. This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, County
Treasurer.
5. Discussion and possible action to approve Amended Holiday Schedule for 2010 to comply with the State Statutes, Title 25, Chapter 2, Section 82.1, which goes into effect November 1, 2010. (Document Received)
6. Citizens participation. Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
