3. Discussion and action to approve minutes for the special meetings dated Monday, September 28, 2009; Wednesday, September 30, 2009; Friday, October 2, 2009; and Thursday, October 8, 2009. (Document Received)

4. Discussion and possible action to amend the appropriation amount for the City of Nicoma Park General Fund for fiscal year 2009-10 due to a scrivener’s error. The October 8^th agenda read $1,321,881, but the appropriation amount should have been $1,342,526. There is no tax levy involved in the General Fund.

5. Receive for filing City of Harrah Audit of Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2009.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of: $800,000.00 from the Treasurer’s Resale Fund (1130), $500,000.00 from the Unapportioned Fund (6810), $2,000,000.00 from the Protest Fund (6815), $596,000.00 from the Court Clerk Revolving Fee Fund (1210), $500,000.00 from the Treasurer’s Trust Deposits Depository Fund (8303) and $634,000.00 from the Treasurer’s Pro-Rated Taxes Depository Fund (8321), for a total of $5,030,000.00 to the General Fund (1001). The temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021. This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, County Treasurer.

7. Citizens’ participation. Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.
