3. Discussion and possible action to approve minutes for the special meeting dated Wednesday, October 28, 2009; (Document Received)

4. Discussion and possible action to receive for filing notice of Budget Amendment for Midwest City-Del City SD No. 52, General Fund total appropriations in the amount of $99,000,709 and Sinking Fund $10,643,464. School District No. 52 is on the school district budget act and this amendment will not change their approved levy rates. (Document Received)

5. Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer of money in the amount of: $3,000,000.00 from the County Bonds 2008 Fund (2032) to the General Fund (1001). The temporary transfer is allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021. This item is requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, County Treasurer.

6. Citizens’ participation. Any citizen wishing to address the Oklahoma County Excise Board on an Agenda Item may do so at this time.

7. Excise Board Comments/General Remarks.
