3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of December 29, 2008 and the Special Retirement Board meetings of January 13, 2009 and January 21, 2009.

4.                  Discussion and possible action for approval of the January 2009 Defined Benefit payroll.  This month there are 188 checks to be issued for 184 participants in the amount of $193,197.29. 5.                  Discussion and possible action for approval of Security Trades and Interest Report for December 2008.  Mark Seikel, Chief of Investments, Oklahoma County Treasurer, will address this item.  (Document received)

 

6.                  Discussion and possible action for approval of Outstanding Retirement Investments at Market Value of $13,399,988.87 and at Par Value of $13,272,546.51 as provided by the Bank of Oklahoma/LPL for December 2008.  Mark Seikel, Chief of Investments, Oklahoma County Treasurer, will address this item.  (Document received)
