5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreements between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor’s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  (Documents Received)

                       

            Bob Carpenter and Andrew Hutter, Attorneys at Law, for the lease of approximately 1,546 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 100, for the sum of $1,288.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            Wilbert Johnson d/b/a Johnson’s Bail Bond, for the lease of approximately 714 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 104 for the sum of $595.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            Carol Carlson d/b/a A-1 Bail Bonding, for the lease of approximately 475 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suites 103A and 103B, for the sum of $395.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            Susan Alongi d/b/a United Legal Services, for the lease of approximately 832 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 102, for the sum of  $693.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

           

            Miguel Hamilton d/b/a Pro Bail Bond, for the lease of approximately 156 sq. ft. on Floor 1, Suite 110, for the sum of

            $130.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

Jeff Hatfield, Attorney At Law, for the lease of approximately 561 square feet on Floor 2, Suite 210, for the sum of $467.50 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

Chad Moody, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 736 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 409, for the sum of $613.33 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            William Betts, Process Server, for the lease of approximately 277 sq. ft. on Floor 2, Suite 203, for the sum of $230.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            Niki Gainey, d/b/a 2 Blondes Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 870 sq. ft. on Floor 4, Suite 401, for the sum of $725.00 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.

 

            Jerry Jones, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 589 square feet on Floor 1, Suite 108, for the sum of $490.83 per month, commencing July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009.
