1.                  Call to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was posted Friday, July 18, 2008.

 

3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of July 16, 2008.

 

4.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

5.         Receive Monthly Report of Fees for the month of June 2008:  (Document Received)

 

                        Investors Capital Building          $ 32,519.36

                        Lincoln Building                        $ 47,471.71

 

6.                  Discussion and possible action to amend Resolution PBA 1-09; Carry-over appropriation for PBA Fund in the total amount of $784,663.64.  Change from $784,663.64 to $784,538.44.  Some of the funds were encumbered before the resolutions were approved to carry the funds forward.  Resolution is to carry forward funds from 2007-08 fiscal year to the new fiscal year.  (Document Received)

 

7.                  Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 5-09: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Lincoln Building  2803 in the amount of $22,807.54.  To appropriate receipts for June 1, through June 30, 2008. (Document Received)

 

8.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 6-09: Cash fund appropriation for PBA- Metro Parking Garage 3300 in the amount of $41,000.00.  To appropriate receipts for June 1, through June 30, 2008.  (Document Received)

 

9.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 7-09: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Investor’s Capital Building 3400 in the amount of $78,000.00.  To appropriate receipts for June 1, through June 30, 2008.  (Document Received)

 

10.       Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 8-09: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Debt Service 3600 in the amount of $142,728.78.  To appropriate receipts for June 1 through June 30, 2008.

 

11.       Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 54-08: Transfer of appropriations for PBA-Lincoln Building 2803 in the amount of $1,502.05 from the operation account to the salary account. Transfer is necessary to correct a miscalculation on the carry forward amount in the salary account.

 

12.       Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

13.       New business:  In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
