1.         Call to order.

 

2.         Notice of the meeting was posted Wednesday, December 12, 2007.

 

3.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Mutual Cooperation Agreement between Jones Public Schools and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the construction of portable classroom building pad(s) at Jones High School.  The County will absorb expenses for labor, equipment, and materials in an amount not to exceed $16,651.84.  Jones Public Schools will reimburse the County for the cost of materials in an amount not to exceed $5,537.53.  This agreement shall become effective upon approval of the Board and shall terminate on June 30, 2008.  Requested by Willa Johnson, Commissioner, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by John M. Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

4.         Discussion and possible action to recess the special meeting of Monday, December 17, 2007, and reconvene at the Oklahoma County Detention Center, 201 North Shartel, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for an inspection of the Oklahoma County Jail.  Requested by Ray Vaughn, Chairman.

 

5.         Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Board of County Commissioners may do so at this time.
