Discussion and possible action for approval to use funds from the General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds of 2003, Series A, dated April 1, 2003, to purchase land located east of Douglas Avenue, described as PT SW 4 SEC 13 11N 2W SW4 OF SW4 NW4 SW4 and PT OF SEC 13 11N 2W N1/2 OF NW4 OF SW4 OF S24 and PT OF SEC 13 11N 2W W 1/2 OF W 1/2 OF SE4 OF NW4 OF SW4 EX N30FT and PT OF SEC 13 11N 2W E 1/2 OF W 1/2 OF SE4 OF NW4 OF SW4 and PT OF SEC 13 11N 2W S 1/2 OF NW4 OF SW4 OF SW4 and PT SW4 SEC 13 11N 2W W 1/2 OF E 1/2 OF SW4 OF SW4, as recommended by the Tinker Bond Oversight Committee on December 18, 2007. And further discussion and possible action to consider making an offer from such General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds for the above described real properties after the Board is satisfied due diligence has been conducted on the real properties in question and the purchase price of the real properties are at fair market value, with additional action to order, if necessary, an appraisal on the property.
