16. Discussion and possible action for approval of contract between Dr. Keith L. Stanley, Director of Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Services and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for professional services to accomplish environmental assessments of the properties identified as the Riggle properties, which consist of multiple buildings and approximately 25 acres of land, and the Whorton property consisting of multiple buildings and five acres of land. The elements of this evaluation are geared toward the demolition of the buildings on said properties, and will consist of the following: Asbestos survey of all buildings; Lead Survey of all buildings; The Identification of any hazardous materials; Laboratory analysis of samples collected; Specific and separate report of findings for each building; Assistance with application for NESHAPS (National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) as required for demolition of properties; and Assistance with Waste Disposal Plan. Requisition No. 10807030 has been issued to Stanley Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $9,825.00 from Tinker Clearing 2002 Fund/Land Acquisition/Land (2031/1202/55060), contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
