1.        Call to order.

 

2.        Notice of the meeting was posted on Monday, June 02, 2008 at 10:15 a.m.

 

3.        Discussion and possible action to accept Reliance Letter from Weston Solutions, Inc. of Environmental Conditions at 7447 S.E. 74th Street, Oklahoma City, Ok (The General Motors Facility) and authorize board to pay for cost of reliance letter.  Requested by John M. Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

4.        Discussion and possible action to accept professional service contract entered between the sheriff of Oklahoma County, and the Board of Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Peter Terranova, CPA for reviewing payroll records of the Sheriff’s Office and to provide other consultation and assistance as needed as part of litigation support services in Mosier V. Oklahoma County, Case No. CJ-2006-6441.  Not to exceed $25,000.00 per year at the hourly rate of $140.00 per hour for services rendered beginning upon execution by both parties and terminating no later than June 30, 2008.  Requested by John M. 5.        Discussion and possible action to approve a Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Choctaw and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 11 O.S. § 33-102 and 103 and Title 74 O.S. § 1008; providing for assistance with construction of the access road and parking lot at Bouse Park on property within the exclusive control or ownership of the City of Choctaw.  Total cost of the project is $46,947.98.  The City of Choctaw agrees to reimburse the County for materials in an amount not to exceed $29,676.48. District 1 agrees to reimburse the Highway Cash Fund $17,271.50 from its General Fund Appropriations.  This Agreement shall become effective upon approval of the all parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2008 Requested by Willa Johnson, Commissioner, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by John Jacobsen, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)
