On the right side of this screen is a list of available actions.
Basket Functions:
The basket feature allows you to list documents to reference
or for further research. The list may be printed out by Customer Service
or used to purchase copies of the documents.
Create a Basket allows you to create a new basket.
Choose a Basket allows you to activate an existing basket.
Examine a Basket allows you to examine the contents of an existing basket.
Searching Functions:
The remaining links allow you to search Registrar of Deeds
records according to the facts you know. If you only have the
street address of the property, consult the Oklahoma County
Assessor’s records or our Customer Service representatives.
Entering brief, but specific search criteria makes it more likely
that your search will return the information you seek.
The computer system went on-line April 23, 1991. Most searches will work from this date. Documents were not indexed by legal description on computer until May 1, 1994. To research records before these dates, use the Index Books. Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
This system allows information to be retrieved by many methods. If the document you seek is not available under all searches, please notify Customer Service. Although our office makes every effort to provide correct information, please allow for normal human errors in data input. We are constantly updating and correcting records. We appreciate your help in making our records as accurate as possible.
