The UCC Filing Office complies with the statutory requirement to receive, index and release for public access all UCC financing statements received within 48 hours of the current business day. However, our ongoing project, to image all UCCs on file prior to 09-15-98, will occasionally cause the Through Date to display a date and time many days or years prior to the current Through Date. In the event a date earlier than 48 hours of the current business day is noted, please wait for a few minutes, refresh your screen, and check that the through date is current. Please note that occasionally a half hour or more may pass before the Through Date is displaying the most current date.
