How do I file for divorce, what papers do I need, where do I get the paper work? Answer: Divorces may be filed in the Court Clerk's Office. Waiver divorces are heard on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday's @ 1:30. The Court Clerk's Office does not provide divorce papers. They may be obtained through a legal service or an attorney. Another option is to look at the samples in the law library of the Oklahoma County Courthouse and create your own papers. The only papers we have for divorce are the waiver, summons, and publication. |
