                            The Honorable Bryan C. Dixon     

                                    District Judge            

      Judge Dixon is the Senior District Judge in Oklahoma County.  He began his judicial service as a Special Judge on January 10, 1983, serving until he was appointed a District Judge on December 26, 1985.  He is assigned to the civil division and has tried over 570 jury trials.  Judge Dixon has served twice as the Presiding Judge for Oklahoma-Canadian Counties in 1999-2000 and in 1992.  He currently serves on the Court on the Judiciary, Appellate Division.

     Judge Dixon presently serves as President of the Oklahoma County Law Library Board.  He currently is the Vice President of the Oklahoma County Bar Association.  He is a member of the Oklahoma Court Information System (OCIS) Steering Committee.  Judge Dixon is a Master and former President of the Bohanon Inn of Court.

     He is a member and Past President of the Del City Kiwanis Club.  He has 29 years of perfect attendance in Kiwanis and is a Kiwanis Hixson Fellow.  Judge Dixon is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Edmond where he has served on the Administrative Board, Finance Committee and Nomination Committee.

     Judge Dixon has had the good fortune to be married to his lovely and gracious wife Margaret for 22 glorious and wonderful years and STILL counting.  They have two children, Emily and Bryan, Jr.
