The Oklahoma County Pharmacy provides prescription medication at no cost to eligible residents of Oklahoma County.
Please call to find out if you may be eligible, and to find out what documentation you need to bring. You will need a new written prescription from the doctor; we cannot accept call-in prescriptions or refill bottles from other pharmacies. Applicants will complete an application form and be interviewed by an eligibility analyst to determine eligibility for services.
We also recommend that you call to make sure we carry the medication you need. We are not a full service pharmacy, and do not carry all medications, nor do we carry narcotics.

The Oklahoma County Pharmacy has two locations. Please click here for detailed location information.
Pay close attention to the hours of operation for each location and call first to check and see if we carry the medication you need. Once you decide which location is closest, you will need to continue services there if you are eligible. You will NOT be able to switch back and forth between the two pharmacies.
