Presbyterian Health Foundation's Research Park

Across the street from the OU Health Sciences Center is the Presbyterian Health Foundation's Research Park. Building began in 1995 and five buildings have been completed. When the sixth, which is now under construction, is completed by the end of the year, the research park will have a value approaching $100 million and more than 500,000 square feet of lab and office space.

Plans reveal sites for four more buildings and a second parking garage. When completed, the park will have 10 buildings with a total of 1 million square feet of Class A lab and office space and the valuation at that point would almost double. Today, more than two dozen corporations and non-profit entities are headquartered there. Many are biotech companies that do research connected to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center including the Children's Medical Research Institute.
