Vision Statement of Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart

The vision I hold for the future of the citizens of Oklahoma County is one where county government is operated more professionally; where county government adopts a business like attitude in its day to day operations and contact with the public; where county government seeks out efficiencies in order to save tax dollars; where county government conducts its business in a transparent and open process; and where county government is held accountable to the taxpayers of Oklahoma County.

Mission Statement

District 2 seeks continued improvement in county government services delivered to the taxpayers of Oklahoma County by increasing the number of miles of safe paved roads, increasing economic development through innovative activity and reforming county government to be open and receptive to importing best practices to improve performance and reduce the demand to increase taxes; thereby, benefiting all taxpayers of the county.
