- January 1 -- All taxable real and personal property appraised and assessed of this date.
- 4th Monday in January -- Board of Equalization session begins for the purpose of correcting and adjusting the assessment roll to conform .
- January 1 - March 15 -- Listing of all taxable real and personal property in the county, accepts applicaitions for additional homestead exemptions, accepts applications for valuation freeze, and accepts applications for exempt manufacturing.
- March 15 -- If any personal property is not listed on or before March 15th , but on or before April 15th, when such property is assessed there shall be a mandatory penalty of 10% of the assessed value added to the assessed valuation of such property.
- March 31 -- Last day to pay second half payment of taxes before becoming delinquent.
- April 15 -- If any personal property is not listed on or before April 15th, when such property is assessed there shall be added to the assessed valuation a mandatory penalty of 20% of the assessed value of such property.
- 4th Mondy in April -- Assessor delivers assessment roll to county board of equalization.
- Mid April -- Delinquent personal tax statements are mailed.
- End of April -- All county assignment on resale acounts must be turned. Delinquent personal taxes are published in Newspaper.
- May 11 -- Publication for the County Treasurer resale.
- May 18 -- Publication for the County Treasurer resale.
- May 25 -- Publication for the County Treasurer resale.
- May 31 -- Board of Equalization adjourns.
- June 1 -- Publication for the County Treasurer resale.
- 2nd Monday in June -- Tax Resale, all acounts have 4 years of delinquent taxes.
- June 15 -- No later than June 15th or 1st working day thereafter, County Assessor prepares an annual abstract (summary) of assessed valuations on all taxable property within the county and transmits said abstract to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
- Mid July -- Delinquent Real Estate Tax statements are mailed.
- Mid July -- The Notice of Intents to Issue Tax Warrants statements on Delinquent Personal taxes are mailed.
- July 31 -- On or before July 31st, the State Auditor certifies public service valuations to all assessors.
- September 3 & 10 -- Publications for the Lien Sale for current delinquent Real Estate Taxes.
- September 30 -- All add/deletes for Mortgage Group Codes are due in by the Mortgage/Group Companies.
- October 1 -- County Assessor certifies the tax amounts to be collected.
- Mid October -- Current Tax statements are mailed.
- 1st Monday in October -- Tax Lien Sale for previous year's delinquent taxes.
- November 1 -- Taxes first become due and payable.
- December 31 -- Last day to pay full amount or half of taxes before becoming delinquent.
- December 31 -- Taxes paid by Mortgage Companies are due in full.
