You may make at least two personal phone calls a week (Sunday through Saturday). If your parents don’t have a phone, they may call you in the evenings at designated times. Phone calls cannot be saved. If you don’t use your 2 calls one week, you can’t have 4 calls the next week. You are not allowed to call victims or witnesses.
