It costs $5.00 to drug test at the OCJB. This amount must be paid to the OCJB cost collections clerk before the test is administered.
The OCJB cannot provide drug testing services to any person who is not under our supervision.

Your child will have a detention hearing on the first business day following his or her arrest. Detention hearings are held Monday-Friday, except legal holidays, and begin at 1:00 p.m. If you are scheduled for to appear in a detention hearing, you should arrive no later than 12:45 p.m. and check in at the table near the main entrance.
The OCJB offers intervention for youth who are deemed in need of supervision. We will collect general information about your child and use it to link you to services and programs that can help.
Juveniles have court at 1pm the first working day after they are arrested.

The Oklahoma County Planning Commission only has jurisdiction over property that is outside of any city's limits.

When it comes to land use planning and building, Oklahoma County does not have jurisdiction within the county’s incorporated cities and towns. Oklahoma County maintains current parcel specific zoning for properties within Oklahoma County's jurisdiction. The Oklahoma County Assessor's office does not deal with zoning and the information they provide on their website is not zoning related. The Planning Commission only deals with zoning.

Mortgage Tax Chart per state statue title 68 § 1903
Before a mortgage can be filed in the clerk's office, it must have a certification on it from the treasurer's office showing that mortgage tax has been paid on the instrument. The amount and length of a mortgage determine the amount of mortgage tax that must be paid. In addition to mortgage tax, there is also a $5.00 certification fee due to the treasurer.
For any original mortgage,extension,modification,refiling mortgage for any reason or tax exempt co. etc. a $5.00 fee has to be paid to the county treasurer.

The checks for the Mortgage tax and the Certification fee are made payable to the Oklahoma County Treasurer.
Note: The tax and fee can be paid in one check but they have to be separate from the county clerks filing fees.
