NOW ACCEPTING EMAIL FILINGS. As we continue to struggle with the pandemic, I’m asking for your help. We continue to accept filings by email. If a pleading can be filed by email, please file it by email. If you have questions, please call 405-713-1705.

WHO CAN FILE: Anyone who has a pleading that fits the parameters.

WHAT CAN BE FILED: Simple pleadings that require no payment.

WHEN TO FILE: 24 HOURS A DAY / 7 DAYS A WEEK 

HOW TO FILE: One pleading per email, 50 pages, max., sent as a pdf attachment. 1. Copies (certified or otherwise) will be not be routinely returned by email. Copies can be downloaded from oscn.net or you can request them through our website - www.oklahomacountycourtclerk.org. 2. Documents emailed outside of normal business hours will be filed on the next regular business day. 3. If your document does not appear on oscn.net after three business days, please call us at 405-713-1705

It is not our practice to deliver items such as proposed orders or requests for hearing to judges on your behalf. Please do not email items to be delivered elsewhere. See Local Rule 22. The Law Library has a service that may be of use to you. They can be reached at 405-713-1353.
