OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma County District Attorney Vicki Zemp Behenna filed charges in connection with the June 24, 2025, shooting death of 18-year-old Lyric Lewis.
Devin Stallings, 33, has been charged with Murder in the First Degree, Gang-Related Offense, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. A 16-year-old juvenile has also been arrested in connection with the case.
Just before midnight on June 24, Oklahoma City police officers responded to a shooting in the 100 block of E. Reno Avenue, near the Harkins Theater in Bricktown. Lewis was reportedly shot in the chest and taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, where she was later pronounced deceased.
Stallings was arrested and booked him into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on July 2, 2025. He has a $10 million bond and is currently in custody.
