MYLES DAVIDSON OKLAHOMA COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT THREE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OK (November 11, 2025) - Oklahoma County District 3 has allocated more than $75,000 in additional American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to ReMerge of Oklahoma County, Inc., a nationally recognized pre-trial diversion program that serves high-risk, high-needs mothers facing felony offenses in Oklahoma County.
ReMerge provides intensive programming designed to address the root causes of criminal behavior, helping participants achieve recovery, reunite with their families, and build sustainable, productive lives. The program combines treatment, accountability, and community support to break cycles of incarceration and create lasting change.
"ReMerge is doing life-changing work for women and families across Oklahoma County," said Commissioner Myles Davidson. "Investing in programs like this strengthens our communities, reduces recidivism, and gives mothers the opportunity to rebuild their lives and provide stability for their children."
The additional funding will support program operations, therapeutic services, and resources that directly benefit participating mothers and their families.
This allocation reflects Oklahoma County District 3's ongoing commitment to support initiatives that promote rehabilitation, strengthen families, and enhance public safety throughout the community.
