An Oklahoma County jury found Rana Siever, 27, guilty of First-Degree Manslaughter for the 2022 shooting death of Brianne Torres at an Oklahoma City apartment complex. The jury recommended a sentence of 35 years in prison.

District Attorney, Vicki Zemp Behenna, will file a charge of Felony Murder in the First Degree against Jaylan Davis, 18 in connection with the deadly shooting at Arcadia Lake that killed an 18-year-old woman and dozens of others injured.
